External Meetings
The following rules and regulations apply for any meeting being held during ECCMID 2014:
- Companies or other organisations wishing to hold a meeting either during or immediately prior/after the congress must inform the Administrative Secretariat.This applies to meetings held in the congress venue as well as any other venue within the host city.
- Only closed meetings (e.g. “company internal” or “on invitation only”) are allowed.
- In particular company sponsored symposia open to any participant are not allowed; with the exception of the official “Integrated Symposia” which are part of the congress programme.
- No social events are allowed in parallel to the ECCMID scientific programme, poster sessions and the opening ceremony / welcome reception. Therefore, please make sure to organise the company events on Sunday and/or Monday evenings (11 / 12 May 2014) after 18.00 hrs.
